Can I call and ask if you carry a specific item or machine?

Absolutely! Our helpful staff would be happy to let you know if your requested item is available in the store.  We can even put something aside for you, until you are able to drop by and pick it up.  In many cases, if we do not have what you want in stock, we can order it.

Do you take special orders?

If it's a product that is carried by our vendors, then we can certainly special order it for you.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes, of course.  Gift certificates are the perfect gift for the quilter or sewing enthusiast in your life.  Each certificate may hold up to $999.99.

Do you take phone orders?

If you would like to order something we carry in our store or on our website, we can take your information over the phone (including your credit card for payment), and ship your order to you.  Unfortunately, we do not ship machines out of state.

Do you give discounts?

We do offer a 15% discount to our sewing club members the day of our in-store club meetings.  Please be sure to bring your membership card with you, and present it at the time of payment.
