Always nice doing business

 

Dear Dan,

It is always nice doing business with special people, and you and your staff have always made me feel that I am going to the "best".

 

I just wanted to send a note and thank you for the new "high tech" gift card with the $10 on it, and especially for the "valued customer"

discount which I see on my bill for the Pfaff repair.  By the way it works great!

Wonderful Staff

Dear Dan,

This is just a quick e-mail to let you know how much I appreciate your shop.

I had been looking around for a new sewing machine;  I wanted to upgrade.   Anyway, I went to many shops and even looked online for research.  I almost bought a Janome from another shop.

Enter Michele.  She asked me about my needs and price.  I have to admit when I told her my price, I thought she would apologize and say that there was nothing in that price range.  What a surprise when she showed me three sewing machines!  She took the time to demonstrate them and answer questions.

For me it boiled down to a Pfaff and a Janome.  I said that I needed to think about it and left the shop.  She was very sweet and said that was fine.  I drove to one more shop and was put off by the pushiness of the salesman.

The whole time, however, I kept thinking about the Pfaff.  I loved how it sounded.  But I knew that I would be happy with the Janome, too.  I came right back to your shop and told Michele that I would like to put the Pfaff on layaway.

The following Monday, I brought my husband with me.  Again, Michele patiently demonstrated both of the machines to him.  He liked both of them.  He agree that he did like the Pfaff.

So, long story short:  I have my ClassicStyle Quilt 2027!  I love the IDT on it, too.  I took a class with Linda.  I learned so much and it was fun.  She's an excellent teacher and very patient.

Last week I came into your store to buy bobbins and had to order them.  Another salesperson was kind enough  to show me how to make ruffles on the Pfaff.  I appreciated her doing that.  She helped me pick out some Schmetz needles, too.

Plus, you were there that day.  I asked you questions about taking care of my Pfaff and about thread.  You told me the brand you liked best.  Thank you for taking your time to answer my questions.

I want to say how much I appreciate the great customer service.  I look forward to doing more business in the future.  As a matter of fact, I will be back in a couple of days to pick up my bobbins.

A Happy Camper

I wanted to let you know that the 830 is behaving superbly and we're fast becoming friends.  The tension  and other issues I was having have not occurred since you took your time troubleshooting (and resolving) the problem.  I have not had an opportunity to sew with twin needles, but I believe that will go flawlessly, as well.

I've quilted one quilt, and sewn two quilt tops.  After the tops, then it's a round of embroidery that I've got obligations to do, then quilting the two tops.

WHEN are there plans for another 830 owners workshop?  Looking forward to sharing, seeing, telling....

The only thing I need...is more oil.  I'll stop by when I'm next in the neighborhood.
