IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A MACHINE OR GET HELP WITH MAKING A DECISION ABOUT WHICH MACHINE TO PURCHASE
We are open for business during regular business hours (9 am-5 pm Tuesday-Saturday), HOWEVER, as mandated by Contra Costa County guidelines we are limiting the number of customers in the store at any given time.
We are providing, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, hands-on demonstrations of our machines. You may have up to 2 people attend your appointment.
If you know the machine you would like to purchase, we can handle that transaction over the phone and we have multiple ways in which to get the machine delivered to you.
We can provide you with our CURBSIDE service where you let us know when you would like to pick up your new machine and we will bring it out to your car. We will put it in your trunk or hatchback.
We can ship UPS at NO CHARGE TO YOU to your front door
If you are not sure which machine would be right for you or if you would like our expert advice in matching you to the correct machine you can call us at 925-937-7575. We prefer to work with you over the telephone as we have specific information we need to help match you with the correct machine.
Once we have matched you to a machine the same process as above applies. We can take payment over the phone and we can deliver the machine to you at no extra charge.
Our current return policy is No Cash Refunds on machine sales - machines may be exchanged within 30 days for an alternative machine or store credit. The machine to be exchanged must be in its original box and have all of its packaging, parts, accessories, and manuals. You will be able to select an alternate machine of the same or greater value.
