SHOULD YOU NEED SUPPLIES, FEET, THREAD, OR NOTIONS

 We will be open for business during regular business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Saturday), HOWEVER , as mandated by Contra Costa County we will have our doors closed to the public.

But w
hether you need sewing machine needles, thread, feet for your machine, or notions we can still get these items to you. You can contact us via email at customerservice@sewingmachineshop.com or you can call us at 925-937-7575. We will do our best to help you as we did before this current crisis. We are able to send your items through the postal system as well as UPS. Mailing rates and shipping rates will apply so don't hesitate to contact us with your order or your questions.


  1. We will have a staff member onsite to answer telephone and email requests. This means that 1 person will be available for all these tasks so we ask for your patience. 
  1. The staff member will be able to take orders for supplies, feet, etc. over the phone and by email. Transactions will be paid for by credit card over the phone or by email. Staff member will let you know when your package will be ready for pickup or when it will ship out. 
  1. Those of you who have our Customer Loyalty cards should maintain your receipts and we will be happy to add them to your Loyalty account after the shutdown. We do not have access to the balances on your Loyalty Card. 
  1. You will be able to use CURBSIDE PICK-UP for your supplies or we will ship them to you. What CURBSIDE PICK-UP means is that we will bring your bag out to your car. You will not be able to come into the store for any reason.
  2. We can mail or ship your items to you.
