The Gift that Gives Back - Sewing Class for Kids

If you bought your child a sewing machine for the holidays, sign them up for this class and they'll learn to use the machine AND make a thank you present for you.

This class is for families who purchased a sewing machine for their child from The Sewing Machine Shop. It's appropriate for kids, who are new to sewing, ages 7-15.

In class, your child will:
- Wind their bobbin
- Thread their sewing machine
- Learn how to operate their machine safely
- Make a small project

Drop off is at 1PM and pick up is at 4pm. Please pack a waterbottle and small snack.

The class on its own is $80 or you can purchase it with the sewing essentials bundle (a combined value of $130) for $100. Sign ups must be made in-person or by calling the store: 925-937-7575


Sewing Essentials Bundle:
10 spools of colorful thread, 8" fabric scissors, tape measure, seam gauge, seam ripper, pins & pin box, hand sewing needle, small fabric samples, and a machine needle brochure.
