SHOULD YOU NEED MACHINE REPAIR OR SERVICE

 If you require Service or Repair for your machine we have a CURBSIDE process for your use. We will be open for business during regular business hours (9 am-5 pm Tuesday-Saturday), HOWEVER, as mandated by Contra Costa County we are limiting the number of people in the store at any given time.

Because we require detailed information regarding your machine the Service or Repair process is best handled over the phone in advance of your machine coming to the shop.

We will contact you when your machine is finished and we will arrange with you a date and time for pickup. Also, you will need to provide a credit card number over the telephone prior to the date of your pick up. 

  •  If you email we will ask you when we can speak with you over the telephone. If you will not be able to speak over the phone then you will need to provide a detail explanation of exactly what is wrong with your machine and what work you would like us to do. 
  • Because we must limit the number of people in the store at any given time should you need supplies you will be able to queue up and wait for an opening. If you called ahead for supplies we will deliver them to your car after removing your machine from your car.
  • Once we have collected your information over the phone, you will be given a REPAIR #.  You will need to write this number down for your reference and you will need to include it in writing with your machine. We suggest "Painters Tape" that has the your Repair # written on it and affixed to your machine.  
  • You WILL need to contact us in advance of the drop off via email or phone. 
  • When you call in, we will enter your machine into our normal computer process and ask you the questions our technicians need answered to work on your machine. 
  • We will ask you for a day and time you plan on dropping off your machine. We will take your machine from you at CURBSIDE. Please have the machine in your car in an area that is easily accessible such as the trunk or hatch back area. 
  • Should our technicians have any questions or concerns they will contact you and attempt to speak with you via telephone.  
  • When your machine is ready for pick up we will ask you for a day and time you plan on picking up your machine. We will ask your for payment at the time we make your appointment for pick up.
  • When you arrive we will put your machine into your car at CURBSIDEPlease have an area that is easily accessible such as the trunk or hatch back area ready for us to place your machine. 
  • Because we must limit the number of people in the store at any given time should you need supplies you will be able to queue up and wait for an opening. If you called ahead for supplies we will deliver them to your car after removing your machine from your car.

Regardless of how you contact us, your target date of completion for your machine will be based on when we physically receive it.
