KOALA TOP DRAWER DELIVERY PLUS

When you design your dream Koala studio, you’re designing it your way – and now you can choose the way it ships to your home! Koala offers three convenient shipping options: Outside Front Door, Room of Choice and our most inclusive Top Drawer Delivery Plus services.

1. Outside Front Door Delivery: $199 for delivery of one base unit and caddy delivered together and $99 for each additional model. A delivery team will unload your studio(s) and other items at a safe place outside your home: front door entry, patio, garage or other flat, level surface with no lifting up or down stairs. Moving the studio(s) inside the home and assembly is the responsibility of the buyer. *see terms below
2. Room of Choice Delivery: $399 for delivery of one base unit and caddy delivered together and $199 for each additional model. A delivery team will bring your studio(s) and accessory items into your room of choice, upstairs or down stairs. The accessories will remain packaged and the assembly of the studio is the responsibility of the buyer. Service provides for up or downstairs carry limits of one flight of stairs totaling 20 steps, with one manageable landing. *see terms below
3. Top Drawer Delivery Plus: $599 first model and $199 for each additional model delivered together. Our most inclusive service includes delivery and complete assembly of studio(s) in your room of choice, upstairs or downstairs, and removes all packing material. Complete assembly includes: attachment of casters, back-leaf extensions, front doors, attachment of fabric and notion palettes, door-shelves, outback-shelves, interior adjustable shelves, machine and machine insert placement, and machine lift test. Service provides for up or downstairs carry limits of one flight of stairs totaling 20 steps, with one manageable landing. *see terms below

Access may be limited in some areas and may require additional fees. Check delivery availability for your area and final costs with your Koala retailer prior to placing your order. Orders will not be processed until all confirmed and approved.

For Outside Front Door Delivery service, the buyer is responsible to provide a detailed, covered, protected location description to delivery team for studio(s) drop-off. Koala Studios is not responsible for any weather-related damages to studio(s).

Buyer inspection and signature are required at the time of delivery indicating the items have been received damage free. Damaged shipments must be noted and rejected at time of delivery. Any claims for concealed damage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Any delivery obstacles preventing Room of Choice delivery will require the studio(s) to be placed in secondary location. Refusal of shipment for delivery obstacles is not optional and additional fees will apply.
